At Exaegrave, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric engraving tools. Each product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Please note that refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must have arrived damaged or defective.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the damage or defect must be provided.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modifications

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery

Review Process
