Shipping Policy

At Exaegrave, we are committed to processing and delivering your order in a secure and timely manner. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

All orders are subject to payment verification and approval prior to shipment. You will be charged at the time of purchase. In some cases, additional verification may be required to prevent fraudulent transactions. Orders with incorrect billing information or flagged for security review may be delayed or cancelled at our discretion.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 10 business days due to high order volume.

Once an order has been submitted and begins processing through our fulfillment department, we are unable to:

  • Modify the shipping address

  • Change order details

  • Add or remove items

  • Cancel the order

Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery time:

United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery time estimates do not include our 2–5 business day processing period.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Operational disruptions

Exaegrave is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days from dispatch, please contact us at email.exaegrave@gmail.com.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. Items may arrive on different dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Exaegrave is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We rely on the carrier’s official delivery confirmation and timestamp when reviewing any claims.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Damage claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Please note that cosmetic damage to packaging alone does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the product itself is damaged.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Exaegrave is not responsible for delivery failure or loss. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
